Gonzalez Calvillo, December 18th, 2023 – Acted as independent counsel to NR Finance México, S.A. de C.V. (“NRFM”) in in the first public offering and issuance of short term certificados bursátiles under their new dual program for MXP$67’439,000 million, listed in the Mexican Stock Exchange (ticker: NRF 00123). The offering process was realized by a bidding mechanism.
The short-term certificados bursátiles purpose of the offering are due on January 18, 2024.
Nissan Motor Acceptance Company LLC (NMAC) acted as guarantor of NRFM; BBVA and Scotiabank as underwriters, and CIBanco as common representative of the bond holders.
The issuances of short term certificados bursátiles have a credit rating of “F1+(mex)” grated by Fitch Ratings, and “ML A-1.mx” by Moody’s.
This transaction represented the return of the presence of NRFM in the issuance of short term commercial paper in the Mexican securities market.
