Diego is a transactional lawyer and has been part of the Firm since 2017. He is a member of our capital and debt markets practice. He is actively involved in different public and private securities offerings in Mexico, as well as consultations and analysis derived from these, including direct securities issuances, structured issuances, capital development certificates (certificados de capital de desarrollo – CKDs) and multiple procedures before Mexican stock exchanges and authorities in banking, securities and other regulatory matters.
Diego is also member of our Merger and Acquisitions, Private Equity and Fund Formation and Corporate practice areas. He regularly takes part in the elaboration and review of shareholder’s meetings, unanimous resolutions, corporate book entries, due diligence, agreements, share purchase agreements, among others.
He received his Law Degree (J.D. equivalent) from Universidad Panamericana (UP), Mexico City, Mexico. He took on a diploma called “US International Tax Law Program”, from New York University (NYU), in 2021.
