We acted as counsel to Citibank, N.A., as, among others, administrative agent, and UMB Bank, National Association, as security trustee, in the granting by a group of lenders of a series of loans for a total amount of USD$285 million, in favor of APR Energy LLC (“APR”), a worldwide leader in energy solutions.
The transaction involved, among others, the implementation of a collateral package regarding the Mexican assets of APR and certain of its affiliates, through the negotiation and execution of several floating lien pledge agreements.
