We counseled Unicredit Bank AG in the of EUR€570 million refinancing through a Facilities Agreement to F.I.L.A.– Fabbrica Italiana Lapis ed Affini S.p.A., an Italian company listed in the “Borsa Italiana” (Italian stock exchange).
This transaction involved multiple jurisdictions, including Mexico, Canada, England, France, United States and Italy.
