Rodrigo is a transactional lawyer, involved across multiple corporate matters and actively taking on in domestic and cross-border transactions related to banking and finance, mergers and acquisitions, private equity, and capital markets.

His practice is focused on advising both domestic and foreign clients in their day-to-day legal and commercial activities. His work includes drafting and reviewing of different types of legal documents, including contracts, corporate documents, and commercial agreements, among others. Rodrigo’s corporate practice includes drafting and reviewing shareholders’ meetings, unanimous resolutions, corporate entries, legal due diligence, agreements, stock purchase and sale agreements, among others. Additionally, he participates in elaborating legal opinions and strategy development for the solution of problems, as well as drafting the respective documents.
