Luis is an associate at the firm and has over 8 years of experience. He is actively involved in domestic and cross-border transactions and regularly advises Mexican and international clients of a wide variety of industries (including, but not limited to private equity funds and financial entities) on matters related to mergers and acquisitions, banking and finance and private equity.

Prior to joining the firm, Luis worked as a law clerk and associate at some of the most prestigious and recognized law firms in Mexico.

Luis is currently Commercial Contracts assistant professor at Universidad Panamericana in Mexico City.

Luis obtained his law degree (J.D. equivalent) from Universidad Panamericana and has a Diploma on “Essentials of U.S. International Tax Law” granted by New York University, in New York, United States of America.
