Daniel is a partner at the firm and has 15 years of professional experience. He has focused his practice on domestic and cross-border project finance, M&A transactions, as well as structuring publicly traded private equity funds, representing clients from a wide range of industries.

In the finance field, Daniel has developed expertise in the Fintech space advising among others, startups venturing in newly authorized banking and financial activities in Mexico and in regulatory authorizations to operate as Financial Technology Institutions. His experience also includes advising technology startups in the initial structuring, funding at different stages and buyouts.
