Alonso is a transactional lawyer. He is involved in multiple corporate aspects, advising domestic and foreign companies and consortiums both in the public and private sectors. He also takes part in multiple transactions predominantly related to corporate and commercial aspects across mergers and acquisitions, financings, and capital markets.

His practice is focused on advising domestic and foreign clients in their day-to-day legal and commercial activities, seeking synergies between all aspects clients require.

His work includes drafting and reviewing different types of legal documents, including corporate documents, commercial agreements, and contracts.

Alonso’s corporate practice work includes drafting and review of shareholders’ meetings, unanimous resolutions, corporate entries, legal due diligence, agreements, stock purchase and sale agreements, among others. Additionally, he is actively involved preparing legal opinions and in the development of strategies for the solution of problems and drafting the appropriate documents.

Alonso holds a law degree from Universidad Panamericana, Mexico City. He took part in the Essentials of US International Tax Law Program at New York University.
