Mexico City – October 5th, 2022 – Gonzalez Calvillo, an elite law firm in Mexico has represented TMA Systems – a software company that provides operating maintenance management systems (MMS) and enterprise asset management solutions (EAMS) to corporations– in the acquisition of the assets of Eagle Technology and the shares of its Mexican subsidiary Eagle Technology Mexico.
The representation involved two separated jurisdictions (MX and USA) adjusting and matching different foreign law concepts within the legal framework of the transaction (US law), negotiation and closing of complex documents.
