We acted as counsel to Grupo Resuelve tu Deuda (”RTD”) leading credit repair company in the equity investment and subscription by DILA Capital (‘‘DILA”) a Mexican private equity fund of a significant minority stake in the capital stock of RTD, and in the multipurpose financing by Alloy Merchant Partners (‘‘Alloy”) a cross-border financial company- with a joint value of Pesos $453m.
