Mexico City, November 25th, 2022 – We acted as lead legal counsel to the seller group in connection with the indirect sale to KIO of approximately 35% of MasNegocio. Prior to the transaction KIO had a majority interest in MasNegocio.
MasNegocio is a Mexican company that offers applications from an Outsourcing model (also known as Software as a Service (SaaS)).
This deal included the negotiation of the M&A documents.
