In connection with the COVID-19 pandemic declared by the World Health Organization (WHO), we reiterate our focus on the well-being and security of society.
The health of our lawyers, staff, clients, and that of their families, is our utmost priority. Therefore, we have implemented internal protocols aiming to reduce the risk of exposure and ensure business continuity, including the following:
1.- Cleaning and hygiene recommendations in line with global public health guidelines, such as increasing the deployment of antibacterial hand sanitizers and thorough and constant cleansing of all our areas.
2.- The avoidance of face to face meetings.
3.- The use of our infrastructure and technology resources to allow people to work from home.
4.- The deferral of unnecessary business travel and the quarantine of personnel that has traveled to mid and high-risk locations, as well as of personnel that shows any symptoms or that has been in contact with people with any symptoms.
5.- The implementation of monitoring systems, to detect any of the foregoing situations.
6.- Constantly briefing our team on the evolution of COVID-19 by monitoring the impact in health and overall business activity.
