Víctor has provided strategic legal advice to companies, national and foreign, regarding national and cross-border transactions, mainly in corporate matters, foreign investment, mergers and acquisitions, infrastructure and project financing, banking and financial regulation, as well as in private equity and fund formation.

He has more than 4 years of experience in which he has successfully participated in several operations, allowing him to develop his professional practice with a specialized focus on due diligence processes in different matters, integral corporate regularizations, contractual, leases, representing clients from a wide range of industries including the energy sector, entertainment and journalism, private equity, finance, and information technology.

Victor holds a Law Degree (J.D. equivalent) from ISEC Business University (recognized four consecutive times for his high scores). He also holds several diplomas in Financial Education, Judicial Proceedings, Corporate Law, among others.
