Michelle is an associate at the firm since 2023. With over 7 years of consolidated experience in antitrust matters, Michelle stands out as a versatile professional with a solid background in both, public and private sectors. She began her career in two prominent law firms and later in the Investigative Authority of the Federal Antitrust Commission. Michelle played a crucial role in investigations and trial proceedings covering a wide range of sectors, such as pharmaceuticals, transportation, and oil and gas.

Specialized in providing specific legal advice on monopolistic practices and special proceedings, Michelle brings a unique perspective that spans both the regulatory and litigation arenas. She has been actively involved in advising on both domestic and transnational merger and concentration proceedings.

In addition to her investigation experience, she has developed antitrust compliance programs, demonstrating her commitment to business ethics and the promotion of fair business practices.

Michelle holds a Bachelor’s degree in Law from the Universidad Panamericana in Mexico City.
