Larissa Gonzalez is an Associate at DLR based in Mexico City. She has 11 years of experience in tax advisory, planning, and due diligence services for several industry sectors including manufacturing, energy, retail, and professional services.

Her experience also entails tax modelling for foreign and national investment projects in Mexico (local and federal taxes, project maturity, and cash flow needs). This includes tax advice on the purchase or sell side of the transaction to detect potential contingencies that could be triggered in the purchase and/or sale of shares and/or assets transactions. Larissa also oversees possible recommendations aimed at mitigating risks related to said contingencies. Similarly, Larissa has experience in the implementation of structures to maximize their tax attributes in Mexico and verifying any effects abroad.

Before joining DLR, Larissa worked for 10 years in renowned tax advisory firms, including Big Four firms (KPMG and EY) in Mexico City. She also spent 6 months in London, England.
