José Eduardo has been an associate of the firm since 2012 and part of the civil and commercial disputes litigation practice. He has more than 10 years of experience representing various domestic and foreign companies in matters related to commercial and constitutional litigation, commercial bankruptcy, fraud, class action litigation, administrative proceedings, and civil litigation. His practice in civil, commercial, and administrative proceedings has been before all types of state and federal authorities.

José Eduardo is also an expert in judicial proceedings and enforcement of foreign judgments and arbitration awards before Mexican judicial authorities. He has attended nullity and amparo proceedings for resolutions issued by administrative authorities and has participated in the analysis and ruling of litigation matters derived from legal audits for both public and private entities. In addition. José Eduardo has also developed an important practice in consumer protection matters, representing several technology companies before the Federal Consumer Protection Agency (PROFECO), obtaining several resolutions of national significance.
