Jorge Moreno is a transactional lawyer with vast experience advising national and foreign companies and consortia, both in the private and public sectors. He has participated in multiple transactions including acquisitions, infrastructure, energy, and financing.

His work includes diverse projects such as representing PEMEX, and its subsidiary PEMEX Etileno, in the structuring and implementation of the sale of its share in the co-investment with Mexichem, S.A.B. de C.V, now Orbia Advance Corporation, S.A.B. de C.V., and as a consequence, of the transfer of the petrochemical complex “pajaritos” in favor of PEMEX. This also entailed the implementation of the various actions that led to the termination of the co-investment held by these companies.

Jorge has also been involved in advising Amports de México, the Mexican subsidiary of Amports, an entity with more than 60 years of experience and a multinational presence, in structuring the multiple acts it has performed over the years in the Ports of Altamira, and Lazaro Cardenas, in Mexico, including several transactional legal actions it has taken.
