Eduardo is founding partner at Díaz Rivera, Lalieu, Rosas, S.C., and a recognized specialist in tax practice in Mexico. With over 20 years of experience, Eduardo has practiced at several leading tax consulting and litigation firms in Mexico, representing national and multinational corporations with operations in multiple jurisdictions.

His legal-fiscal practice primarily encompasses consultancy services and handling all stages of tax audits conducted by tax authorities. He actively participates as a litigating attorney in highly specialized tax disputes.

Throughout his professional career, Eduardo has gained extensive expertise in handling tax refund procedures, audits, and litigation in the fiscal domain, representing leading companies in the construction sector, public and private infrastructure projects, mining, media, fintech, and sports. He has consistently achieved satisfactory solutions and resolutions for his clients.

Eduardo has a Law Degree (J.D. equivalent) from Universidad Panamericana. He is also a founding member of the YIN Committee of the International Fiscal Association and  founding partner at Díaz Rivera, Lalieu, Rosas, S.C.
