Daniela is an associate at Diaz Rivera, Lalieu, Rosas, S.C.) and has more than 8 years providing tax advisory to Mexican and international clients on a wide range of transactional matters. She currently advises multinational companies present in Mexico, Family Offices, high net worth individuals (private wealth planning), private equity funds and startup companies. Prior to joining DLR, Daniela worked for well renowned legal and tax advisory firms. Daniela has also authored articles on taxation for international publications such as International Tax Review.

Daniela holds degrees in Finance and Public Accounting with honors, and in Marketing from Universidad Anáhuac México Norte. She also holds a Master’s Degree in Tax Law and Tax Administration, as well as a Diploma in Strategic Planning and Public Administration from the same University
