Antonio is a founding partner of Diaz Rivera, Lalieu, Rosas, S.C. and has 20 years of experience in tax matters, advising national and international clients.

Before founding his own firm, Antonio worked for prestigious well-known tax advisory firms, including two of the Big 4 accounting firms and a local boutique firm.Antonio has participated in several complex mergers and acquisitions transactions with a high level of complexity in Mexico and abroad, advising both buyers and sellers.

Antonio has also participated in multiple  corporate restructurings of corporate groups, involving mergers and spin-offs, among other corporate acts.

Antonio belongs to different national and international associations. He’s an active member of the International Fiscal Association (IFA), Instituto Mexicano de Ejecutivos y Finanzas (IMEF), and the Colegio de Contadores Publicos. Likewise, Antonio has participated as a panelist for IFA Mexico. Antonio has a Bachelor’s degree in Public Accounting from Universidad Nacional Autónoma de México (UNAM).
