About
Ana Gabriela is a member of the Environment, Agrarian and Social Impact Area, such as the Life Science and Sanitary Regulation Practice. Her experience has focused on applying and obtaining permits, concessions, authorizations, and licenses in environmental and sanitary matters before authorities such as the Ministry of Environment and Natural Resources (SEMARNAT), the National Commission for the Protection against Sanitary Risks (COFEPRIS), the National Water Commission (CONAGUA), as well as the National Aquaculture and Fisheries Commission (CONAPESCA).
In health matters, she has supported clients in the request and monitoring of various procedures such as Notices of Operation, Health Complaints, Health Consultations, legal advice regarding import requirements, storage and distribution of products regulated by the General Health Law and its Regulations, advice on advertising and labeling of regulated products such as food, energy drinks, alcoholic beverages, cosmetic products, as well as cosmetic products with CBD.
