Alejandro joined the firm as a law clerk in May 2018 has been Junior Associate since May 2021. His experience covers work across multiple practice areas such as intellectual property, franchising, corporate, distribution, consumer protection, information technology, e-commerce, and personal data protection.

His practice is focused on corporate and commercial assistance to both domestic and foreign clients. Alejandro assists clients in their day-to-day legal and commercial activities related to their operations in Mexico. He also has taken part transactions related to asset and share purchase agreements and mergers.

Alejandro’s work includes the drafting of corporate documents such as Quota Holders/Shareholders’ Meetings, contracts and agreements, responses to digital information requests from different authorities and responses to removal requests of personal data on the internet and digital platforms, notices of termination and breach of agreements/contracts and support to clients in the follow-up of legal matters. Similarly, Alejandro supports clients in complying with obligations before the National Registry of Foreign Investments and other authorities.

Alejandro has attended conferences at the Mexican Senate related to climate change and ecology, and Universidad Nacional Autónoma de México – (UNAM) regarding the search of jurisprudence and theses issued by the Mexican Supreme Court of Justice.
