Adrián holds a Law Degree from Universidad Panamericana in Mexico City, in which he also completed a Specialization in Commercial Law. He also holds a Master’s Degree in Tax Law from the same university.
About
Adrián is an associate at Diaz Rivera Lalieu y Rosas, S.C. and has over 10 years of experience in tax practice, with a focus on consulting, dispute resolution, and litigation. Adrián advises clients from a wide variety of industries, such as the automotive, financial, construction and infrastructure, hospitality, and tourism, among others.
He represents domestic and international companies in Mexico assisting on all kinds of procedures, tax audits, refund requests, and revocation appeals. Similarly, Adrián represents clients in contentious-administrative trials before the Federal Court of Administrative Justice and constitutional relief (amparo) proceedings before the judiciary. Adrián also provides consultancy and files conclusive agreements and complaints before the Tax Ombudsman (PRODECON).
Prior to joining Díaz Rivera, Lalieu, Rosas, S.C., Adrián was part of different local and international firms, such as EY México, KPMG México and Ortiz, Sosa y Asociados S.C.
