In terms of advisory services, Mauricio specializes in consulting on labor-related matters for multinational companies. He brings extensive expertise to multiple services, encompassing the analysis and implementation of hiring and subcontracting structures, benefits of merger and acquisition operations, registration for companies initiating activities in Mexico, benefits analysis, policy and Internal Workshop Regulations, personnel hiring, and adherence to Mexican Standards. Additionally, Mauricio has taken on the role of a project leader for high-level executive terminations and large-scale workforce reductions across a wide spectrum of industries, both nationally and internationally.

His experience in labor litigation includes representing prominent companies in sectors such as banking, pharmaceuticals, education, Fintech, and others. He represents these companies before both Local and Federal Conciliation and Arbitration Boards, as well as in labor courts, including the amparo process in the Courts. Mauricio also assists clients during inspections conducted by the Ministry of Labor and Social Welfare.
