José Alfonso is an associate mainly of the Mergers and Acquisitions, Private Equity and Fund Formation, Infrastructure and Project Finance, Banking and Finance Regulation and Corporate Finance practice areas of the law firm.

His practice is focused on representing both domestic and international clients in their day-to-day legal and commercial activities, transactions, focusing primarily on M&A transactions and financings. Furthermore, he has been involved in different advisories for structuring investment funds and energy and infrastructure project finance transactions, including renewable energy projects.
