Most recently, Rosa Elena has also taken part in divestiture procedures of such private equity funds. She has actively participated in a broad range of merger and acquisition procedures specializing in corporate matters and has been appointed as Secretary of several entities.

Rosa Elena is counsel at Gonzalez Calvillo. She has been a member of the firm since 2002 and belongs to the M&A, Private Equity and Corporate Law practice areas. She has broad experience representing and advising in decision-making processes related to business and investment for a wide range of Mexican and foreign entities, startups, and capital investment funds, understanding and anticipating specific needs.
As a transactional lawyer, Rosa Elena has utilized her expertise to advise in the drafting, negotiation, structuring and execution of a multitude of structures related to stock purchases, asset purchases, corporate restructures, capitalization procedures, spin-offs, mergers, acquisitions, co-investments, strategic alliances, company incorporation matters, capital investment funds and trusts, among others.
