Julia has also served as an expert in administrative and constitutional law for the Agency for Security, Energy and Environment (ASEA) where she has been a leader at identifying international best practices for industrial safety, operational safety, environmental protection, and insurance for the hydrocarbons sector.
Julia has more than 15 years of experience working across several branches of the Federal Public Administration and in both Houses of the Mexican Federal Congress, which makes her a specialist in the study, design and drafting of legal provisions across all regulatory levels, including regulatory improvement procedures.
