Rafael is an associate at Díaz Rivera, Lalieu, Rosas, S.C. and has more than 8 years of experience advising and representing domestic and international clients in transactional matters and before Mexican tax authorities and the judiciary.
Rafael currently advises and represents clients from very different sectors such as telecommunications, construction, finance, mining, commercial, educational, sports, information technologies, investment funds, automotive, among others.
His legal-tax practice focuses mostly on transactional tax consultancy and representation during all stages of tax audits, tax refund procedures, alternative dispute resolution mechanisms, revocation recourses, contentious procedures, and constitutional law.
He is an active member of the YIN Committee of the International Fiscal Association and serves as a guest professor for various courses and certificates on constitutional law.
