Fernanda joined the firm in 2022 as an associate across the transactional practice areas. She is actively involved domestic and cross-border transactions related to mergers and acquisitions, banking and finance, private equity and more recently, she has been involved in the financial technologies sector.

Fernanda’s practice is focused on advising both domestic and foreign clients in their day-to-day legal and commercial activities. Her work includes a wide range of matters including drafting and reviewing of several types of legal documents such as contracts, corporate documents, commercial agreements, among others. Additionally, Fernanda assists clients by providing legal opinions and developing problem solving strategies.

Fernanda holds a law degree (JD equivalent) from Universidad Iberoamericana. Most recently, she was Assistant Professor in Commercial Law in the Faculty of Law of this institution in Mexico City.
